Each skincare formulation is non-comedogenic and will help balance oily/dry combination skin, a common skin issue for acne-prone skin. Our products are specially formulated for even the most sensitive skin types. All of our products are free of harsh chemicals and fragrances, so you can trust that they are gentle and safe to use. All of our ingredients have unique benefits intended to support, not disrupt, your skin’s natural cycles and microbiome. Are your products gluten and cruelty free? Yes, all products are gluten-free, cruelty-free and vegan. We do not approve testing on animals. Please keep in mind that some of our herbs that come from local farms don’t have facilities that are “gluten-free”. The ingredients with these guarantees are very limited (especially working with small and local farms). The majority of our products are vegan with the exception of one product containing beeswax. We always recommend an allergy test first: apply a small portion of the product to the interior of your arm or elbow, and leave it on for 24 to 48 hours without washing the area. If you feel any burning, itching or redness sensation, do not use the product. In case of any adverse effect, stop it immediately and consult with your doctor or your specialist care provider. Our formulas always remain the same. But since our products are handmade, please note that as a result of this, the consistency, or color may vary sometimes. All our full ingredients are listed on each product packaging and website for you to read. While we formulate our products using only 100% natural ingredients, non-toxic and non-artificial, we recommend you consult your doctor care provider/doctor before use. What are the products shelf life? and How should I store my products? We advise a shelf life of 10-12 months from the time you open each new bottle or jar. Depending on the product and the proper storage. Our products will remain good for 18 - 24 months after their batching date, whether or not they have been opened. If you find that your product has an unusual smell or discoloration, do not be alarmed; our customer care team is here to assist you. Given we avoid preservatives and synthetics that artificially prolong the life of a product, each product has its own expiry date indicated on the outer packaging and bottle. Look for the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the useful lifetime of your product (number of months) after its package has been opened for the first time. We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Our products are anhydrous (waterless) in order to not require preservation, with the exception of our botanical rose water toner. And for that, we use a non-harmful natural preservative for the microbiome. Are your products organic? We source only the highest quality raw ingredients from around the world. The majority of our ingredients are USDA Certified Organic and those that are not officially certified are grown and harvested organically. We strive to use 100% organic materials and ingredients whenever possible. While all of our products are 100% natural, we cannot say that they are certified 100% organic. We do only purchase ingredients from suppliers that use environmentally friendly practices. My shipment is marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it Sometimes packages are scanned and marked as delivered, typically the package shows up in the mailbox within 24-48 hours. We also recommend checking in with neighbors and asking your local post office or delivery person directly. If the order still has not arrived or cannot be located, please let us know and we’d be happy to assist you.
