SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

Domestic (USA)
Free shipping for orders over $120. All orders below $120 have a flat $9 shipping fee. Orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US), American Samoa, Guam, & Northern Mariana Islands, will also ship USPS.

Canada
Free shipping for orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat $16 shipping fee.

International
Free shipping for orders over $300. Orders under $300 ship with a $64.20 flat rate. For international orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International to other countries. If you have a specific shipping request, please email us at beauty@naatoandco.com
because we are able to work with most shipping providers.

We currently do not ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey and Venezuela because we can not reliably guarantee delivery.

Shipping

We typically ship from Orlando, FL within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. Allow an additional 3-7 business days for your skin beauty gems to arrive to your destination based on recipient location. 

Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. During special promotions and launches, we are thankful for your patience as our small team works to deliver the most extraordinary, uncompromising service to you.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Delivery dates are for guidance but there may be times when failures are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: national strikes, vehicle breakdowns, incorrect address details being provided, major road works or closures, customs delays, natural occurrences and forces of nature, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers. Naato&Co cannot be held responsible for these. At Naato&Co we want to always think positive; it may never happen.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at beauty@naatoandco.com

Naato&Co do not offer refunds for orders refused on delivery. Your understanding is deeply appreciated.

My package is lost in transit

Please note Naato&Co is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received due to an error with the logistics partner system. 

Please contact beauty@naatoandco.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. Kindly note this process may take 7-10 business days for domestic shipments and 30-45 business days for international shipments to investigate with the carrier. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. We recommend going into your local courier office and asking them about your delivery if lost. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

International Shipping

International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs at the final destination point. We seek your patience, as despite expedited shipping, delays may sometimes occur due to customs processes. 

Remember, any additional charges from your country are your responsibility. Naato&Co is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility.

Naato&Co do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Nor for orders refused on delivery. RETURNS

At Naato&Co we’re dedicated to helping you find the best products for your skincare routine. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. Due to the labor-intensive of our products that are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity, we do not accept returns. However, we realize that extenuating circumstances can arise. Please email us at beauty@naatoandco.com with any concerns about your purchase within 3 days of receiving your order, and we can discuss with you individually, on a case-by-case basis for a posible eligible store credit.

Due to the handmade nature of all of our products and due to the Product Safety and Hygiene Standards that we strictly follow, we do not offer exchanges nor refunds on any of our products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is not eligible for return — no exceptions.

We unfortunately do not accept international returns or exchanges.

Sale products, sets, deluxe trial minis and accessories are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

HELPFUL SIMPLE TIPS

 

Discounts and Coupons: Please note, that two discount codes or offers cannot be combined in the same order. Ensure to enter your coupon codes at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot redeem them afterwards after the order has been paid, processed and completed.

Always Double Check: As you finalize your order, do check the delivery address and zip code are correct prior the final payment. If the address you give us is incorrect and results in a non-delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.  If an order is returned non-deliverable, again, it’s a cost to you when we re-sent it.

 

Gift Card + Certificate Policy: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced.
