How to use
· · Apply previously your favorite face oil elixir to the face and neck. During the massage, the gua sha should glide easily. Gua Sha massage should be done for at least 8-10 minutes daily and the tool should be used on a 30 to 45-degree angle. Repeat the sequences 10 times, and follow the same steps on the other side of your face. Always work the tool upwards.
· · Pull gently your skin with one of your hands while using the gua sha with the other. You do not need much pressure with this massage.
· · Move to the cheeks and glide in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose until the ear.
· · Move to the jawline and use the end of the gua sha tool. Start from the chin and glide until the ear. Move below the lower lip and glide downward across the chin.
· · For the under-eye area, very gently glide the gua sha from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. Apply very light pressure to this area because it is sensitive. Glide upwards along the brow bone.
· · To clean your gua sha, wipe the stone with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap to wipe away product build-up and kill bacteria. Let it air dry over a soft cloth or towel.
