The Ritual:

Step 1 Start from the middle of the forehead with your Third Eye massaging in circular motion. Then draw zigzags and the number 8 around the temples of your eyes, forehead and above the eyebrows. Repeat this a few times.

Step 2 Starting from the under-eye and work your way out to the temple in a circular motion.

Step 3 Under the cheekbone, massage from nose to cheek /jawline with firm pressure. Start from your chin with circular motions and work your way uplifting the jawlines.

Step 4 Work your Kansa wand down the sides of your neck.
