Due to the nature of our products, and embracing the artistry behind our quality production, we do not offer returns or refunds. Due to contamination issues, all sales are FINAL unless the product is damaged. We do not offer exchanges nor refunds on any of our products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin.

If your item arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect product, we're happy to exchange it for you.  Please contact us at beauty@naatoandco.com with your order number, details of the product(s), and the reason for exchange.
