  • Are your products vegan and gluten free?
    Our products are vegan friendly and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients, but some of our coming soon products will not be vegan since they contain beeswax. None of our ingredients have gluten in them. The entire collection is soy, dairy, wheat, and gluten-free. Unfortunately, our herbs that come from local farms don’t have facilities that are “gluten-free”. The ingredients with these guarantees are very limited (especially working with small and local farms). From a liability standpoint, we are unable to have a gluten-free guarantee or certification.
  • Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
    Yes, Our products are specially formulated for even the most sensitive skin types. All of our products are free of harsh chemicals and fragrances, so you can trust that they are gentle and safe to use. Our products do not contain: Preservatives, Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates (Sls/sles), Silicones, Mineral Oils, Perfumes, Micro-plastic/Micro particles, Nano Zinc Oxide, GMO, Talc, Hydroquinone, Formaldehyde, Triclosan, Micro-beads, Petroleum, Triclocarban, Palm Oil. Our products derive from nature. Still, natural doesn't mean non-allergic. Essential oils, seeds, fruits, nuts (some of our oils are nut-based ) or other natural ingredients can still cause skin irritation or reactions in certain people. Please read carefully the ingredients of each product. We always recommend an allergy test first: apply a small portion of the product to the interior of your arm or elbow, and leave it on for 24 to 48 hours without washing the area. If you feel any burning, itching or redness sensation, do not use the product. In case of any adverse effect, stop it immediately and consult with your doctor or your specialist care provider.
  • Do you test on animals?
    No. We are cruelty-free.
  • What is Ayurveda and how is it incorporated into Naato&Co products?
    The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It emphasizes the balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda uses natural ingredients such as herbs, minerals, and essential oils to promote healthy and radiant skin. Naato&Co · Skincare products are formulated integrating Ayurvedic principles in mind, ensuring that they are gentle, nourishing, and tailored to individual skin types. By incorporating Ayurveda knowledge into our products, we aim to provide holistic skincare solutions that not only address external skin concerns but also promote overall well-being. We also pay careful attention to the unique 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and create products that help balance these energies within the body. Each product is carefully crafted to promote overall wellness and vitality, in line with the Ayurvedic philosophy of holistic health and beauty.
  • What does “Naato&Co” means?
    Naato&Co stands for Natasha (the founder of the brand) a (and) to (Tofu. Natasha's dearest and most loving furry-cat) &Co (because all the people that we work with deserve recognition in our name. Without them, Naato&Co wouldn't be possible) '' I wanted to have a name that stands for the unity of humans, animals and Mother Earth. I represent humanity with the initials of my name. And Tofu the animal kingdom. The pure and deep love I have for her extends to the honor and respect all animals deserve. Mother Earth is present and vibrating in all our formulations. As a whole, we-are-all-one.'' -- Natasha.
  • My product looks or smell different from last time
    Our formulas always remain the same. But since our products are handmade, please note that as a result of this, the consistency, or color may vary sometimes. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the product's performance in any way. We source from different farms for some of our ingredients, and like everything with Mother Earth, every harvest is different.
  • Are your products pregnancy safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
    To our knowledge, yes. Our entire collection is safe during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond. All our ingredients are listed under each product on our website. Should you have any questions or concerns about our ingredients and pregnancy, we recommend checking with your doctor care provider/doctor prior to use.
  • How is Naato&Co different from other natural skincare lines?
    We are a family-owned business, not a big production factory. We handcraft our products one by one with love and care, and we believe in energy exchange, so our products are crafted with the most positive energy-vibrations. They are infused with the healing power of mantras and positive blessings. Our products are tested on friends and family only. Never on animals. We don’t purchase white-label products. Our formulas are proprietary and can’t be replicated. We are the creators and formulators of our products from A to Z. From creation, to bottle design and production. For us, the quality of ingredients means that they meet very strict specifications. These ingredients have been tried and tested over hundreds of years and are backed by independent clinical trials to prove they work. There are plenty of Botanical studies that specialize in plant medicine, and we rely on them. We never compromise our formulations by adding synthetics, fillers, parabens, sulfates, artificial colors, artificial fragrances, petrolatum, or by using unethical production practices. We do not use water in any of our products. If needed, we’ll use Hydrolates. Hydrolates are the water resulting from the distillation of the essential oil. They are often confused with water, mainly because in other countries they are called Floral Waters. The waters contain preservatives and can be natural and/or synthetic, while hydrolates does not have any type of preservative. We believe in giving back. We donate a percentage of each sale to recognized charities to help with animal rescue and forest protection.
  • What is the shelf life/freshness of your products?
    We advise a shelf life of 6-12 months from the time you open each new bottle or jar. Depending on the product and the proper storage. Though products can likely last much longer we find the potency best enjoyed within a year. All water based products use proper & complete preservation and challenge tested for safe For optimal freshness and results, we recommend using within the first 3-6 months of purchase. Given we avoid preservatives and synthetics that artificially prolong the life of a product, each product has its own expiry date indicated on the outer packaging and bottle. Look for the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the useful lifetime of your product (number of months) after its package has been opened for the first time. We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Product may contain small amounts of sediment from cold-pressed oils and plant materials which is perfectly normal. If so, just shake the bottle and continue using as normal. Our products do not require refrigeration.
  • Are your products synthetic fragrance-free?
    Yes. We do not use synthetic fragrance for our skincare collection. The big majority of our products are anhydrous (waterless) in order to not require preservation, with the exception of our botanical rose water. And for that, we use a non-harmful natural preservative for the microbiome.
  • How long does it take to see results?
    Most people will notice a difference after three weeks. Always keep in mind, beauty takes time. Be patient and gentle with yourself. Changes in skin happen over time. The top layer of the skin turns over once every 6 weeks, depending on your age. We encourage our clients to be consistent for at least 90 days. Consistency is the key here. The skin can take time to find its natural rhythm if you are moving from conventional skincare to natural. Our products are effective. We want your skin to be vibrant, healthy and glow from the inside out and that is what we most commonly hear from people that our products do.
  • What does organic, clean and non-toxic mean to Naato&Co?
    We use only pure, raw and unrefined ingredients that are ethically sourced. We never use any chemical solvents during the production and manufacturing process. These ingredients have been tried and tested over thousands of years and are backed by independent clinical trials. We work directly with the farmers and we know they grow ethically everything we need. We formulate all our products with care for our customers and the environment. We study deeply each formula we create and improve it until we are able to develop a fully reliable product. Your products are made in the smallest of batches to better preserve the integrity of our rare and refined ingredients. But most importantly, they are all carefully handcrafted. We believe our own standards are above and beyond any certification that we’ve come across.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes. We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $120 USD. Canada orders over $150 USD. International for orders over $300 USD. For more information, visit our shipping and returns policy page HERE.
  • When will I receive my order?
    As a small operation, we ship from Orlando, FL within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. Allow an additional 3-7 business days for your skin beauty gems to arrive to your destination based on recipient location. Most orders in the US are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. If you’re concerned about turn around please let us know ahead and will do our best to expedite. During busy times like sales and holidays, orders may suffer a slightly delay.
  • What is your exchange and returns policy?
    At Naato&Co we’re dedicated to helping you find the best products for your skincare routine. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. Due to the labor-intensive of our products that are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity, we do not accept returns. However, we realize that extenuating circumstances can arise. Please email us at with any concerns about your purchase within 3 days of receiving your order, and we can discuss with you individually, on a case-by-case basis for a posible eligible store credit. ​ Due to the handmade nature of all of our products and due to the Product Safety and Hygiene Standards that we strictly follow, we do not offer exchanges nor refunds on any of our products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is not eligible for return — no exceptions. ​ We unfortunately do not accept international returns or exchanges.   • What if my items arrive damaged?
    Please email us at your earliest convenience if the product is damaged during transit, comprised or there was a mistake in your order. Send us and email at with your order number and any details (photos are great help) and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally! For international shipping details, check our shipping policy page HERE. Naato&Co is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Naato&Co will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. To calculate what the fees may cost for your country you may visit or any website of your preference. Note: No returns will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
  • Can I use my Eden Loyalty coupon code in conjunction with another promo code?
    No, you can only use one code per order as our system supports the usage of only one coupon code per order. You can use your Eden Loyalty rewards coupons whenever you want without waiting for us to run any promotions.
  • Is Eden Loyalty Program available internationally?
    Yes! Eden Loyalty Program is available to our customers all over the world.
  • What happens to my reward credits if I cancel my order?
    If you cancel an order with a redeemed reward, the reward will be marked as redeemed. It will show as deducted from your rewards balance.
  • How do I earn reward points and how does it work?
    It’s easy! Our Magic Seeds (points) are associated with the email address you use to checkout. Eden Loyalty members receive 1 Magic Seed for every $1 spent on eligible purchases only on Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude eGift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us. Magic Seeds (points) cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn Magic Seeds on all future purchases when logged into your account. You must be always logged into your account in order to earn points. Rewards will become visible in your account following your purchase and can then be used on any future order. It may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for the Magic Seeds to appear in your account.   • Can I combine points from all my email accounts?
    Our rewards are associated with each email address. You must use the email account associated with your Eden Loyalty account to earn points. We are unable to merge multiple email accounts.
  • Do my points have any cash value?
    No. Points earned through our Eden Loyalty Program have no cash value and they are non-transferable. Products received as part of Eden Loyalty Program reward cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products or points.
  • How do I redeem my rewards?
    Logged into your account so you can view and manage your credit balance. This will open a page that shows you how many points you have earned and provide you with the option to redeem them for a coupon reward. When you earn enough points to redeem a reward, you will see it on your ''My Rewards page'' as well as a reminder email that you will receive from us. Click ''Get Coupon'' to redeem and copy the reward code to apply at checkout.
  • How do I create an account?
    Easy! Just click on the "Join Our Garden" button located at the top of our Eden Loyalty Program page. Follow the instructions to sign up or login.
  • What benefits does the Eden Loyalty Program offer?
    The Eden Loyalty Program is designed to reward our loyal customers and provide them with exclusive benefits. Members of the program earn points (Magic Seeds) for every purchase made, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Additionally, members receive early access to new product launches, special promotions, and personalized skincare recommendations based on their purchase history.   • Do Eden Loyalty Program Reward Points ever expire?
    Yes, points expire on a 12 month rolling basis. For example, if you earn 400 points in November 2024, they will be valid for redemption until November 2025. You can track your point history in your rewards account.
