Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Times

Our packages are prepared by our lovely team one by one by hand. Usually within 3-5 business days since you placed your order. Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

We ship directly from our European Studio on Monday and Friday only. All orders are shipped priority mail. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can anticipate when your order will arrive to you.

The shipping transit times listed at checkout do not include assembly/processing order time. 

Standard delivery after we process your order takes up to 3-15 business days to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Up to  3-20 business days within Europe, UK and Rest of the World up to 4 weeks. Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $125+. Free International International on orders over $175+. We may experience delays. We kindly ask you to be patient.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping to the following countries: Russia, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Belarus and Zimbabwe.

Naato&Co is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to: customs delays, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.  

Unexpected Delays

We work with many different shipping carriers. We'll choose the best available option for you depending on location and size of package. Shipping Carriers are experiencing an up to 5-day delay on domestic orders and 14+ day delay on international orders. These delays are out of our control and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally! International orders can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs at the final destination point.

Naato&Co is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility.
Naato&Co will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. To help you calculate what the fees may cost for your country, please visit

Due to BREXIT shipments for the UK could suffer some delay, and you might have to pay duty fees. Please check with your local customs.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin.
