Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free shipping service that will bring you the utmost happiness. We ship all orders quickly and securely, and our team is always available to answer any questions you may have. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order and experience with us.

Shipping and Processing Times

  • Our packages are prepared by our lovely team one by one by hand. After the payment is made, please allow our 2-4 business days for our small team to process your order. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays. The shipping transit times listed at checkout do not include assembly/processing time. 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • We ship directly from our European Studio. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can anticipate when your order will arrive.

  • We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $100 (before tax), Canada can enjoy this perk for orders over $150 (before tax). For our global friends, we offer free international shipping on orders over $225 (before tax). For purchases totaling less than the minimum eligible for free shipping we offer a flat rate.

 

  • Standard delivery after we process your order may take up to 2-10 business days within the United States, and 8-60 business days internationally.

  • Delivery dates are for guidance but there may be times when failures are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: national strikes, vehicle breakdowns, incorrect address details being provided, major road works or closures, customs delays, natural occurrences and forces of nature, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers. Naato&Co cannot be held responsible for these. At Naato&Co we want to always think positive; it may never happen.

  • As we expand, we're regularly adding more countries. Send us an email and request your country. Contact us at beauty@naatoandco.com so we can help you process your order.

  • Naato&Co do not offer refunds for orders refused on delivery. Your understanding is deeply appreciated.

 

 

International Shipping

 

  • International orders can take anywhere from 8-60 business days to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs at the final destination point. We seek your patience, as despite expedited shipping, delays may sometimes occur due to customs processes.

  • Remember, any additional charges from your country are your responsibility. Naato&Co is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility.

  • Naato&Co do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Nor for orders refused on delivery. My package is lost in transit

Please note Naato&Co is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received due to an error with the logistics partner system. Please contact beauty@naatoandco.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. Kindly note this process may take 7-10 business days for domestic shipments and 30-45 business days for international shipments to investigate with the carrier. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. We recommend going into your local courier office and asking them about your delivery if lost. Thank you for your understanding. 

Returns

At Naato&Co we’re dedicated to helping you find the best products for your skincare routine. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. Our products are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each product can vary slightly.

 

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of all of our products and due to the Product Safety and Hygiene Standards that we strictly follow, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is not eligible for return — no exceptions.

Helpful Simple Tips

Discounts and Coupons: Please note, that two discount codes or offers cannot be combined in the same order. Ensure to enter your coupon codes at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot redeem them afterwards after the order has been paid, processed and completed.

Always Double Check: As you finalize your order, do check the delivery address and postcode are correct prior the final payment. If the address you give us is incorrect and results in a non-delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.  If an order is returned non-deliverable, again, it’s a cost to you when we re-sent it.
