  • Are Naato&Co skincare products all natural?
    Yes, all of Naato&Co's skincare products are 100% natural, using only the finest and highest quality natural ingredients. We use only pure, organic ingredients that are ethically sourced. We formulate all our products with care for our customers and the environment. We study deeply each formula and recipe we create and improve it until we are able to develop a fully reliable natural product. Your products are made in the smallest of batches to better preserve the integrity of our rare and refined ingredients. But most importantly, they are all carefully handcrafted. A full list of our ingredients is featured on the individual product page. Product Disclaimer: All of our products are handmade with natural and organic ingredients. Please note that as a result of this, the consistency, or color may vary. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the product's performance in any way. Additionally, butter-based products are subject to melting in very hot-extreme temperatures. Please be aware that these items are ordered at your discretion since we cannot guarantee the state in which they will be stored during transportation. Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol, Citral, Farnesol. These elements you see at the end of our ingredient list, are all natural components found within the natural essential oils we use to create our marvelous products. Rest assure, we don't add them individually to our formulations. We want to be transparent, and we want you to know that you can trust us. As per EU compliance, we're obliged to list all potential allergens that might be present in our essential oils.

  • What is waterless skincare?
    As a result of not being diluted, the active ingredients in these products are more potent. Waterless products tend to be more compact than those that contain water, they require less packaging and consume less carbon to ship. Instead we use soothing botanical ingredients and nourishing oils to create more potent solutions while diminishing the need for preservatives and unnecessary fillers, making our products significantly more concentrated. All of our products are free from parabens and harsh chemicals, and are designed to nourish and protect your skin. Natural effectiveness without compromise based on purely natural fragrances. Billions of people around the world lack of adequate access to water, creating water stress a real issue. Let's not use such a precious resource if we can avoid it.
  • Are Naato&Co products vegan and cruelty-free?
    Yes! Naato&Co is committed to cruelty-free products and does not test on animals. Our products are vegan friendly and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients, but our Be-Soft Hero Repairing Body Balm is not vegan since it contains beeswax. We only source ingredients from suppliers who are committed to ethical practices. We are dedicated to providing cruelty-free products that are safe and effective.
  • Are Naato&Co skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?
    Yes, Naato&Co's skincare products are specially formulated for even the most sensitive skin types. All of our products are free of harsh chemicals and fragrances, so you can trust that they are gentle and safe to use. Our products do not contain: Preservatives, Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates (Sls/sles), Silicones, Mineral Oils, Perfumes, Micro-plastic/Micro particles, Nano Zinc Oxide, GMO, Talc, Hydroquinone, Formaldehyde, Triclosan, Micro-beads, Petroleum, Triclocarban, Palm Oil. Our products derive from nature. Still, natural doesn't mean non-allergic. Essential oils, seeds, fruits, nuts (some of our oils are nut-based ) or other natural ingredients can still cause skin irritation or reactions in certain people. Please read carefully the description of each product. We always recommend an allergy test: apply a small portion of the product to the interior of your arm or elbow, and leave it on for 24 to 48 hours without washing the area. If you feel any burning, itching or redness sensation, do not use the product. In case of any adverse effect, stop it immediately and consult with your doctor or your specialist care provider.
  • Can I get personalized guidance on a skincare ritual and/or a purchase?

Please do remember that what works for one may not work for another. Everyone's skin is unique. Finding the perfect skincare ritual requires a bit of patience. Give our products a full month (regular cellular renewal cycle) to show their wonderful results.
  • Is the fragrance used in your Perfume Oils from essential oils or they contain artificial fragrance?
    Our perfume oil fragrance comes purely from our unique proprietary blend of essential oils, resins and plant extracts. They are 100% natural. Our fragrance is made using only the finest essential oils and they are certified as approved within the safety reports (CPSR) permitted guidelines.
  • What is the shelf life of Naato&Co Products?
    The average shelf life for our products varies from 6-12 months, depending on the product and the proper storage. For optimal freshness and results, we recommend using within the first 3-6 months of purchase. Given we avoid preservatives and synthetics that artificially prolong the life of a product, each product has its own expiry date indicated on the outer packaging and bottle. Look for the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the useful lifetime of your product (number of months) after its package has been opened for the first time. We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Product may contain small amounts of sediment from cold-pressed oils and plant materials which is perfectly normal. If so, just shake the bottle and continue using as normal. Our products do not require refrigeration.
  • Is Naato&Co Skincare safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
    All our ingredients are listed under each product on our website. Should you have any questions or concerns about our ingredients and pregnancy, we recommend checking with your doctor care provider/doctor prior to use.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Overnight orders will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from our European studio in Spain via DHL ground for Domestic and Standard Shipping for International. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery times are usually between 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. Naato&Co is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you input your address correctly.
  • Do you accept international orders?
    Yes, we do ship internationally! For international shipping details, check our shipping policy details and information. Naato&Co is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Naato&Co will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. To calculate what the fees may cost for your country you may visit or any website of your preference.
  • What is your exchange and returns policy?
    At Naato&Co we’re dedicated to helping you find the best products for your skincare routine. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. Our products are entirely hand blended and made in the smallest of batches to better preserve their integrity and as such each product can vary slightly. Due to the Product Safety and Hygiene Standards that we strictly follow, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is not eligible for return — no exceptions. Send us an email at with any queries or concerns you may have prior placing an order and we will be happy to assist. You can book a personalized skincare consultation with us to accommodate you better.
  • What if my order arrives damaged ?
    If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, we will gladly replace them immediately. Send us an email with photographic evidence at within 24 hours of receipt. We might ask you to return the broken/damage items before we send your new items. We can't replace damaged items unless these steps are taken and approved by the appropriate department. In case your package gets lost, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch as soon as your product is ready to go and based on this do allow sufficient time for the delivery option you have chosen. After these dates have passed please do email us, quoting your order number and we will follow up. We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and that we will deliver to is incorrect. At Naato&Co we want to always think positive; this may never happen.

    Yes -We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75 USD, Canada orders over $125 USD, and complimentary international for orders over $225 USD.
